Bonnie Schneider is a CNN meteorologist who can be seen on HLN, CNN, and various other platforms. She is also the on-camera expert and co-executive producer of an upcoming TV show for the DIY NETWORK known as LAST HOUSE STANDING, premiering on March 30th in 2012. The first book she has published is EXTREME WATER Palgrave Macmillan. It was released on January 31, 2012, by Palgrave Macmillan. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. In her role as a special assignment reporter, she was reported on each week for three hours covering entertainment, lifestyle as well as news. She worked at WFOR-TV as a weather forecaster on weekends prior to moving over to WB56. She was in various reporting and meteorology positions such as News 12 Long Island (a 24 hour cable TV news channel) and WXII TV in Winston-Salem. Another job she held was a fill-in on occasion for The Saturday Early Show in New York City for CBS.
